This policy explains how Fashion Bizz ("Fashion Bizz", "we") collects and uses your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Name, email, phone number and delivery address — to process and deliver your orders.
- Order history and wishlist — to provide your account features.
- Payment details are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
- Basic device and usage data via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to improve the site and measure ads.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, provide customer support, send order updates, prevent fraud and — only if you opt in — send offers and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our payment gateway, courier partners and email provider to complete your order. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to grievance@hastakala.in.
