Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order yourself from My Orders any time before it is packed. Guests can email support@hastakala.in with the order number.

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it as per our Return Policy.

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity — any payment made will be refunded in full.
